I always find if I have fitness and dance wear that I really like, somehow it makes a difference to how I feel about dancing and more importantly going to the gym! We all need a little encouragement to get out of the door and to an extra class, so feeling good about what you are wearing is a good start.
When you work in theatre you come to accept unconventional eating habits and meal times. On an average one show day, I need to be in the theatre by about 5:30 to start getting ready before warm up.
Most theatre folk will eat a main meal around 4/5pm. Therefore, having what often resembles a harvest festival of food in the dressing room, is pretty essential.

Some items help me get ready for the forthcoming show, other items act more like home comforts.
